Ashlyn Allison
Customer Service Representative
Ashlyn Allison grew up and currently still lives in Madison. She graduated from Madison Central before attending Mississippi State University and graduating with a business degree in May of 2022. When she is not working, she loves to spend time with her family and friends. She is “the biggest dog person you will ever meet. I have 2 dogs that are basically my children, Bailey and Luna.”

Ross Bell
Ross has been a member of Madison Air since its inception in 2021. Ross is a commercial single and multi engine pilot with an instrument rating. He is also a Certified Public Accountant. When he’s not at work, Ross enjoys playing golf and spending time with his wife, Brooke, and twin boys Hayes and Luke.

Chris Gilbert
Line Service Manager, Quality Control Manager
Chris grew up in Meridian, MS. He has worked in the FBO business since 2011. After spending 12 years at an FBO in his hometown, Chris moved to the metro area and started at Madison Air in 2023. Chris brings a plethora of experience to Madison Air the Line Service and Quality Control Manager. Chris enjoys hanging with his family when he’s not at work.

Will Bullard
Will is from Brandon. He is a full time line supervisor. Will is currently pursuing the Air Force National Guard at the Jackson, MS base.

Will Stone
Will is from Brandon, MS. He is a lineman at Madison Air. Will currently has his commercial license and instrument rating.

Oscar Sosa
Oscar grew up and currently resides in Brandon, MS. He earned his certification in structural welding from Holmes Community College in 2021, where he developed a strong foundation in his trade. In his free time, Oscar enjoys staying active at the gym and spending quality time with his family and friends.

Erynn Sturgon
Erynn is from Puckett, MS. He is a private pilot working on his instrument rating. He has been with the company since April 2024.

Davis Thaggard
Davis is from Raymond, MS. He graduated from Hinds Community College in 2024 and will be attending Delta State University in the fall to study aviation. He is a private pilot and enjoys spending time outdoors whether it’s hunting, fishing, walking in nature, or boating on the Mississippi River. He is also an active member of First Baptist Church in Clinton.

Isaiah McGriggs
Isaiah has been with Madison Air since 2024. He is 21 years old, and he is aspiring to become a meteorologist.
